Green Summit - Green Swan Role play

The Climate Financial Crisis is increasingly less of an “if” but more of a “when” question. When it happens, what will it look like? What will trigger it? What will amplify it? What could curtail its effects?

In this simulation, we had the opportunity to imagine and to describe such crisis – to, perhaps, identify ways to mitigate its effects, or even prevent it. Participants designed ways to tame one of the most humbling megatrends we may be facing.

Participants had the opportunity to reflect on our growing collective sensitivity to uncertainty and on whether the pervasive sense that we are going through a historical and game-changing period is legitimate or not. Together, we drew all the implications for business and for the fight against climate change going forward.
